Personalized Care for Your Mental Wellness
Compassionate, personalized psychiatric care focused on helping you heal, thrive, and feel your best.
Our Mission
At Next Wave Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, individualized, and accessible care that sees the whole person—not just a diagnosis. We create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported in your mental health journey.
Through evidence-based care, thoughtful medication management, education, and personalized treatment planning, we work alongside you to support meaningful, lasting change—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, stability, and hope.
Our Philosophy
We believe mental health care should be personal, collaborative, and centered around you. Every person has a unique story, strengths, and challenges, so we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach.
At Next Wave Psychiatry, we take time to understand your concerns, goals, and needs before creating a plan together. Seeking help is a sign of strength, and we are here to meet you where you are—with compassion, respect, and partnership at every step.
Modern Approach
Mental health care designed around you.
At Next Wave Psychiatry, we combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a personalized, modern approach. We use technology, thoughtful treatment planning, and open communication to make care more accessible, convenient, and centered around your individual needs.
We believe mental health care should fit into your life, not make life harder. Our approach is personal, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward.

Conditions We Treat
01
Anxiety Management

Anxiety can cause excessive worry, fear, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, and physical symptoms such as muscle tension or a racing heart. Our assessment explores symptoms, triggers, stressors, sleep, mood, medications, and daily functioning to better understand your experience. Treatment may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, and supportive approaches tailored to your individual needs.
02
Depression Support

Depression can affect mood, motivation, sleep, energy, concentration, appetite, and enjoyment of activities. During an evaluation, we assess the severity and duration of symptoms, mood changes, sleep patterns, functioning, medications, and other factors that may contribute to your symptoms. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management and supportive strategies focused on improving mood and daily functioning.
03
Sleep & Insomnia

Insomnia and other sleep difficulties can make it hard to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake feeling rested. A sleep evaluation looks at sleep patterns, stress, mood, medications, caffeine and substance use, daily routines, and other factors that may interfere with restorative sleep. Treatment focuses on identifying contributing factors and developing an individualized plan to improve sleep quality and consistency.
04
Mood Disorders & ADHD

Mood disorders involve significant changes in energy and motivation. An evaluation considers patterns and severity to guide treatment. Additionally, we provide ADHD assessments reviewing the impact on focus and daily life. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management, behavioral strategies, and neuropsychological testing to support executive functioning and organization.
